Education is the key to preventing more habitat loss and the loss of traditional values and lifestyles based on hunting, fishing and trapping. This is why the Colorado Sportsmen Wildlife Fund has the goal of educating the general public through seminars to public service organizations, public service announcements and paid television and radio advertisements.

Colorado's youth benefit from video and slide show presentations, and through field trips where they learn first hand about wildlife management and the role of sportsmen in the management.

We handed out 300 fliers to recruit kids to the public sessions coming up in May & June of 2003. These promotions help the CSWF with funding from BLM and the service organizations.
